Raw Breakfast Recipes
Breakfast is usually the hardest meal to be healthy with. We often find ourselves munching on donuts, danish, bagels and downing coffee or sugar filled fruit juices. In order to help those who truly endeavor to move to the next level with their healthy eating, I’ve assemble a few raw recipes for breakfast.
Raw Fruit Cereal
1 apple of your choice grated
1 banana chopped
small handful coconut shredded
1/4 cup soaked almonds chopped
1/4 cup sunflower sprouts
splash of almond milk or coconut water
1 tsp raw honey
dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (we even like pumpkin pie spice)
Mix in a large bowl.
Raw Mixed-Bag Cereal
1 cup raisins
1 cup sultanas
1 cup dates
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried figs
1 cup cashews
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts
1 cup Brazil nuts
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds, unhulled
1 cup flax seeds

Mix all of the ingredients together, then place small amounts in a food processor and process until fine, or desired texture.
Store in a suitable container and eat for breakfast, with water or nut milk, and raw agave nectar to taste.
